Mental Health & The Perinatal Period

We have put together a collection of information that you can use to help learn more about some of the common mental health difficulties that can arise during the pregnancy and postpartum period. Some resources are designed for pregnant individuals and their family members, others are for use by healthcare professionals. Common screening tools for mental health difficulties are also included.
